Gaia joined ICE as an Executive Assistant in October 2024, supporting leadership through coordination, communication, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving. Born and raised in Milan, she is proud of her roots and bring a global perspective to everything she does. With a BA in Film and a love of travel, reading, and ballet. She thrives on storytelling and connection – whether organizing schedules or exploring new cities.
