Carolann Learmonth is ICE Dragon’s Team Development Lead with a background in training and implementation. She takes care of hiring, onboarding, and growth and culture initiatives for the Dragons. When not working on team enablement projects, Carolann can be found attempting yet another yarn-based craft, training her rescue pup Jellybean, begging her friends to go back to Medieval Times “just once more this year”, and drinking anything served in a coconut.
